3. Advance / Deposit Payments

  • Any advance or deposit paid is used to schedule and allocate resources.
  • Advance payments are non‑refundable, even if the customer decides to cancel the service.

4. Service Cancellation (Before Start)

  • In such cases, refund eligibility will be reviewed case‑by‑case and may be subject to an administrative deduction fee.

  • We offer free revisions, where possible, to resolve issues according to the original project scope.
  • Refunds will not be offered for dissatisfaction caused by changes in client preferences or requirements beyond the original brief.
